WooooW Terms of Service

Welcome to WooooW. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the WooooW application (“App”) and related services (“Services”). By registering for, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a WooooW account, downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
2.1 To access certain features of the App, you must register for a WooooW account using a valid phone number or Apple ID.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
2.3 WooooW reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account if we reasonably believe that the registration is fraudulent, violates these Terms, or if the account has been previously banned.
2.4 You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App.
3. Account Security
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 You agree to notify WooooW immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 WooooW shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Description of Services
WooooW is an AI-powered emotional wellness application that provides emotional first-aid and healing companion services through its AI healing companion. The App offers multimodal healing features including dream interpretation, Dreamer Type assessment, emotional reset sessions, and guided healing journeys. The App may use artificial intelligence and other technologies to deliver personalized emotional support and wellness insights.
5. Purchases and Payment
5.1 Consumable Purchases
WooooW offers the following consumable (one-time use) in-app purchases:

Consumable purchases are non-refundable once activated and cannot be transferred, shared, or restored after use.
5.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
WooooW also offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

Actual prices for all purchases are displayed in the App and on the App Store in your local currency. Prices may vary by region.
5.3 Payment
All payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase (“IAP”) system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
5.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
5.5 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5.6 Refunds
All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.
5.7 Price Changes
WooooW reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes for subscriptions will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.
6. User Conduct
6.1 You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
6.2 You shall not:
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks connected to the App;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other users’ accounts;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
6.3 WooooW reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
7. User-Generated Content
7.1 You retain ownership of any content you create and share through the App (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant WooooW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
7.2 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the User Content you post and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
7.3 WooooW does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content and is not responsible for any User Content posted by users.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Embrace AI Pte. Ltd. and its licensors. All rights are reserved.
8.2 These Terms do not grant you any right to use WooooW’s trademarks, logos, or other brand features without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
9.1 The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or applications. WooooW is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
9.2 Your use of third-party services is subject to the respective third party’s terms of service and privacy policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
10.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
10.2 WOOOOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
10.3 Emotional wellness insights, dream interpretations, and healing guidance provided by the App are for personal growth and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The App is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WOOOOW, EMBRACE AI PTE. LTD., AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Embrace AI Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
13.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the App settings.
13.2 WooooW may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
13.3 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
14. Changes to Terms
WooooW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Singapore.
16. Apple-Specific Terms
16.1 These Terms are between you and Embrace AI Pte. Ltd., not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
16.2 Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
16.3 In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
16.4 Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
16.5 Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
16.6 You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
