WooooW Subscription & Purchase Terms

This Subscription & Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of WooooW’s in-app purchases and premium subscription services. This Agreement is supplemental to the WooooW Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Available Purchases

WooooW offers two types of in-app purchases: Consumable Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions.

1.1 Consumable Purchases

Consumable purchases are single-use. Once activated, the countdown begins immediately and cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.

1.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (WooooW Pro)

WooooW Pro unlocks enhanced features within the App, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Unlimited access to your AI emotional healing companion
  • Advanced emotional wellness insights and personalized healing plans
  • Expanded Dreamer Type analysis and compatibility features
  • Priority access to new features and content
  • Ad-free experience

The specific features available to WooooW Pro members may change over time as we continue to develop and improve the App.

Actual prices for all purchases are displayed in the App and on the App Store in your local currency. Prices may vary by region due to currency conversion and local tax requirements.

2. Payment

2.1 All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s In-App Purchase (“IAP”) system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

2.2 By making a purchase, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable fee to your Apple ID account.

2.3 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated in the App Store.

3. Consumable Purchase Terms

3.1 Activation. Consumable purchases (Lumi Reset and Lumi Journey) are activated immediately upon purchase. The service period begins at the time of activation.

3.2 Non-Restorable. Consumable purchases are consumed upon use and cannot be restored on a new device or after reinstalling the App.

3.3 No Accumulation. Purchasing multiple consumable items of the same type does not extend or stack the duration. Each purchase is independent.

3.4 Expiration. Access to the purchased content expires at the end of the stated duration (24 hours for Lumi Reset, 7 days for Lumi Journey), regardless of usage.

4. Auto-Renewal Terms

4.1 WooooW Pro Monthly and Annual subscriptions are auto-renewable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.2 Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period, at the same subscription price.

4.3 After purchase, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings:

  • Open the Settings app on your device
  • Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select WooooW and manage or cancel your subscription

5. Free Trials

5.1 WooooW may offer free trial periods for WooooW Pro subscriptions from time to time. If a free trial is offered, the specific terms and duration will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe.

5.2 If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your Apple ID account will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

5.3 Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Cancellation

6.1 You may cancel your WooooW Pro subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (see Section 4.3 above).

6.2 Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to WooooW Pro features until the end of your paid period.

6.3 Deleting the App from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID Account Settings.

6.4 Consumable purchases (Lumi Reset and Lumi Journey) cannot be cancelled once activated.

7. Refunds

7.1 All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

7.2 To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through:

7.3 WooooW does not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases.

8. Price Changes

8.1 WooooW reserves the right to change pricing for both consumable purchases and subscriptions. If we change the price of a subscription, we will notify you in advance through the App or via Apple’s notification system.

8.2 Price changes for auto-renewable subscriptions will follow Apple’s pricing change notification process. You will be notified and may need to confirm the new price before renewal.

8.3 If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

9. Account and Purchase Binding

9.1 Your WooooW Pro subscription is bound to your WooooW account and your Apple ID.

9.2 WooooW Pro features are available on any device where you are signed in with the same Apple ID and WooooW account.

9.3 Subscriptions and consumable purchases are non-transferable and cannot be shared across multiple WooooW accounts.

10. Service Availability

10.1 We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to all purchased services. However, we do not guarantee that services will be available at all times and without interruption.

10.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features with reasonable notice. If we permanently discontinue WooooW Pro, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.

11. Apple’s Role

11.1 Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the purchased services or their content.

11.2 Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or refund services (except for refund processing through the App Store).

11.3 This Agreement complies with Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the WooooW Terms of Service.
