WooooW (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Embrace AI Pte. Ltd., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the WooooW application (“App”) and related services.

By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your phone number or Apple ID, and any profile information you choose to provide (such as display name and profile picture).
  • Emotional Wellness Data: Content you create within the App, including journal entries, emotional check-ins, healing session records, and notes generated through Lumi Reset and Lumi Journey sessions.
  • User-Generated Content: Any content you post, share, or communicate through the App’s features.
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
  • Usage Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, session duration, and crash logs.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages viewed within the App.

1.3 Health Data (HealthKit)

With your explicit consent, the App may access Apple HealthKit data, including but not limited to:

  • Step count
  • Heart rate
  • Sleep analysis data

Important: We access HealthKit data only after you grant permission through the iOS Health permissions dialog. You can revoke this access at any time through your device’s Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide and improve our Services: To operate, maintain, and enhance the App and its emotional wellness features, including Lumi Reset, Lumi Journey, and WooooW Pro experiences.
  • Personalization: To customize your experience, including personalized emotional healing insights, Dreamer Type analysis, and content recommendations.
  • Health-related features: To correlate health data (with your consent) with emotional patterns to provide wellness insights.
  • Communication: To respond to your inquiries, send service-related notifications, and provide customer support.
  • Safety and security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Analytics: To understand how users interact with the App and improve our Services.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. HealthKit Data Usage

We take the privacy of your health data very seriously. In accordance with Apple’s HealthKit guidelines:

3.1 Purpose Limitation. HealthKit data is used solely to provide and improve health-related features within the App, such as correlating sleep and activity patterns with emotional wellness insights. We will never use HealthKit data for any purpose other than providing health and wellness features directly to you.

3.2 No Advertising. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not share HealthKit data with advertising platforms or data brokers.

3.3 No Third-Party Sharing. We do not sell, share, or disclose HealthKit data to any third party, except as required by law or with your explicit, separate consent. HealthKit data may be shared with service providers solely for the purpose of data storage and synchronization on your behalf, and such providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your data.

3.4 User Control. You have full control over your HealthKit data:

  • You can view, update, or delete health data collected by the App at any time.
  • You can revoke the App’s access to HealthKit at any time through your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > WooooW).
  • Revoking access will stop all future collection of health data by the App.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, subject to confidentiality obligations. These providers may include:

  • Cloud hosting and data storage providers
  • Analytics services
  • Customer support tools

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

5. Data Storage and Security

5.1 We store your personal information on secure servers and implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Age Restriction

7.1 The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
